To make my life easier, I try and use my Crock-Pot (from Kohls, link below) to cook Sunday dinner. Tonight, I put in a large pork loin and marinated it with garlic, salt, pepper and Italian salad dressing (best marinade for multiple foods). I let that cook on low all day long. I paired it with french style green beans, French's fried onions and Campbell's cream of mushroom soup.
Here's the recepie:
2 cans of french style green beans
1 can of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of milk
French's fried onions
Mix all ingredients, bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. When done, add some additional onions for some additional crunch.
My kids love this side dish, and it's a great way to get them to eat their veggies!!
