I have to share this fantastic experience from today! We are bracing for Frankenstorm, the "storm of the century" and was dreading going to the food store today, knowing how crazy busy it was going to be. However, I was smart enough to remember that my local ShopRite now offers "shop at home". Simply put, I order what I want online, then they go and shop for the items, bag it, put it in cold storage until I come pick it up and pay for it. There is a nominal fee ($10), but it is soooooo worth it! My time is worth more than that. It was brilliant. I was able to stay home, get done what I needed to get done and when I went to pick up my order, I was literally in the store, paid for my order, and packed it in the van in less than 15 minutes!!
Did I mention this was at SHOPRITE! I knew they offered this service, but it only just started at my SHOPRITE store!
